Meet Andrew J. Garcia, Esq. Andrew J. Garcia Plaintiffs trial lawyer and founding partner in the firm of Phillips & Garcia, LLP. We Operate as a Boutique We work the exact reverse of the high volume firms. We select a relatively small number of cases and put a great deal of time and effort into them. We often investigate what seem like small complaints from consumers and small businessmen and discover systematic wrongdoing by various corporate defendants. Many of our successful class action cases started out just this way. Our low volume practice allows us to spend a great deal of time on our clients' cases. We involve our clients in their cases and prepare the case with their goals in mind. Our goal is to treat every client as
if they were a member of our family. We File Cases in the Most Advantageous Courts and Jurisdictions We file many of our cases in federal court all over the country, because we believe it's often a better forum for consumer and small business protection cases. We carefully research the best jurisdiction for filing our cases, and have established a network of qualified co-counsel in numerous states who work with us. We are only licensed in Massachusetts and cannot practice in other jurisdictions without first gaining permission from the applicable court. Why We Do What We Do Too many people get taken advantage of by corporations and government. By taking on Big Business and Big Government, we try to implement a system of checks and balances for people that is vital to achieving true freedom in our Democracy. | ||||||||
