
March 8, 2010 - Foxboro - A number of rollover accidents were reported in Foxboro on Friday afternoon. According to The Sun Chronicle, four rollover accidents occurred within hours of each other on Route I-495.
The first car accident occurred around 12 p.m. when a two-car collision caused an SUV to roll over on I-495. Two women suffered personal injuries in this rollover accident, but their current conditions are unknown. Another rollover accident on I-495 occurred shortly after 3 p.m. In this crash, a passenger vehicle rolled over after crashing into a minivan. The driver of the car, 29-year-old Erin McKnearney, was injured and treated at Rhode Island Hospital. The driver of the van, 57-year-old Armando Silva, was not injured.
Yet another rollover accident occurred shortly before 4 p.m., also on I-495. Police have not said what caused this accident, but an unidentified 17-year-old boy suffered serious personal injuries when his car rolled over on the freeway. The victim was airlifted to UMass Medical Center, where his condition is currently unknown.
A fourth rollover accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. when a semi-truck rolled over on I-95, but no injuries were reported in this crash.
